Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:
You or a third party other than the carrier, receives the goods in the case of a purchase contract

To exercise your right of withdrawal
You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. an email) to the following Email address:

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the corresponding order, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any case, no fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.

Return of Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you or a third received the goods. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

The returned goods must be in the same condition as they were received, with all original tags and labels still attached. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing tags may not be eligible for a full refund.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any disminished value of the goods resulting the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of:
– Sale items or discounted products;
– Second hand products
– Goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer or that are clearly tailored to personal needs.
– Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (baby carriers, baby wraps, socks, underwear, and swimwear).
-goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded soon
